It was an angry scene that lasted for weeks in the spring of 2015 along an uphill stretch of University Boulevard. Parents protested how a Jacksonville dentist had abused their children in his office nearby.
Howard Sheldon Schneider had pulled more teeth than necessary, they said, and injured and threatened their children during treatment.
