HARTFORD, Conn. (Legal Newsline) – Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen and state Department of Social Services (DSS) Commissioner Roderick L. Bremby announced a lawsuit Sept. 21 against a Fairfield dentist over allegations of defrauding the state’s Medicaid program.
The defendant in the case is Dr. Aram Agadjanian, also known as Aram Yuri Agadzanov. He is a resident of Fairfield and a licensed dentist who participated in the Connecticut Medical Assistance Program from May 2009 to May 2015.
