BISMARCK, N.D. (KXNET) — The ND Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is looking for input on the latest draft of its 2025-2027 Medicaid Quality Strategy.
According to HHS, the new three-year plan summarizes the work that will be done to monitor and improve the quality of care and services provided by state Medicaid programs. The current plan provides health care to eligible individuals, and is jointly funded between North Dakota and the federal government.
“This strategy supports the agency’s overall vision to make North Dakota the healthiest state in the nation,” said HHS Medical Services Division Director Sarah Aker in the release. “It’s the framework we use to measure our Medicaid programs against federal quality standards with the goal to improve health outcomes for our members.”
