The state of West Virginia accused Mylan NV of Medicaid fraud for inflating the price of the EpiPen by 500 percent and has asked the company to turn over documents related to Medicaid reimbursements.
Heather Bresch, Mylan’s chief executive officer, is the daughter of Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia.
