Nebraska woman accused of stealing more than $9,000 from Medicaid 

A Lincoln woman is accused of stealing more than $9,000 in payroll from Medicaid by allegedly lying about the amount of time she worked with two patients.The Nebraska Medicaid Fraud and Patient Abuse Unit received information in January 2016 that Tammy Bolles, a personal-assistant service provider, billed Nebraska Medical Assistance for services she claimed she provided to patients, according to a court document.
