Nurse accused of falsely submitting over $390K in Medicaid claims

WHITE PLAINS – A registered nurse from Yonkers was arrested and indicted Monday for allegedly submitting more than $390,000 in claims for services to two severely disabled patients that he did not provide.

Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says over the course of nearly five years, Collins Anyanwu-Mueller fraudulently billed Medicaid for private-duty nursing services to a patient in New Rochelle and another in Peekskill.
