NY Auctioning Porsche from Medicaid Fraud Case

ALBANY – Amongst the surplus vehicle, highway equipment, and miscellaneous property to be auctioned Wednesday morning by the New York State Office of General Services is a 2012 Porsche Cayenne SUV.

The Porsche, with approximately 14,850 miles on its odometer, was seized by the Attorney General’s Office in 2013 following an investigation into a $3.2 million Medicaid fraud case in Brooklyn. Proceeds from the sale of the car will be transferred to the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Unit, according to OGS.
