Law360, Dallas (April 09, 2015, 6:58 PM ET) — A Texas appellate court on Thursday largely affirmed dismissal of a suit brought by Pharmserv Inc. challenging the state Health and Human Services Commission’s Medicaid payment hold rules, but remanded the case to allow Pharmserv to replead its claims.
