Texas Dentists for Medicaid Reform is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Garza as its Director of Public Affairs.
Richard is a highly professional executive with more than 9 years of experience in the health industry, primary care operations and multi-site management in ever-changing regulatory and competitive environments. Richard has successfully directed aggressive growth and reduced costs while improving delivery, quality and quantity of health care services.
His extensive experience in developing long-range strategic plans, corporate budgets, risk management and cost control has improved profits and market share for his organizations. He also has expertise in managed care implementation, customer service, staff development, project management, policy and procedure development and compliance. He’s been an advocate, on a national and state level, for Hospitals and Providers in Rural / Border America.
Richard is a National Rural Health Association elected policy congress member, Member of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics and Texas Association of Rural Health Clinics, Vice President of the Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts and Treasurer of the Mr. Amigo Association.
