!) Nothing about Medicaid MCO’s legislation is stable, reliable and structure.
2) All Improvisations and the errors in all this implementation of the MOC in Medicaid have been learning curve for the HHS and the MCO’s on how to have control over provider right of practice.
3) We providers have been the guinea pigs and victims in this process.
4) Providers victims wont be recognize and will be finger point as fraud criminals.
5) it is not a coincidence having some sort of legislation happening 5 years after MCOs come into the picture. It seems more part of the strategy.
6) MCOs are not going to be account responsible for any take harassment , scrutiny in the private practices and/ or taken moneys from providers right of practice services provided.
