S.A. pharmaceutical rep indicted in $9.5 million health care fraud case

A San Antonio pharmaceutical representative has been indicted in a health care fraud case alleging Tricare and private insurers were overbilled by $9.5 million.

The 30-count indictment against Holly T. Blakely, 44, makes clear that she is not the only one the government is going after. It portrays her as one piece in a conspiracy targeted by a wide-ranging investigation of pharmacies that provide compound pain medication to military veterans and others with private insurance.
