A former pharmaceutical representative has pleaded guilty in Texas to a role in an $8 million health care fraud scheme that netted her over $1 million, according to U.S. Attorney John Bash and FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Combs, San Antonio Division.
Appearing before Senior U.S. District Judge Fred Biery, Holly Blakely, 45, of San Antonio, Texas, pleaded guilty to one conspiracy to commit wire fraud, health care fraud, bribery and paying kickbacks. Blakely was charged in a 30-count indictment and had been scheduled to begin trial Feb. 25, 2019.
