Stick DWI Hearing Rescheduled Again, Now to October 2nd, More Than Two Years After His Arrest

A quick search of the Travis Country Criminal Court docket shows that Jack Stick’s DWI was not dispensed with yesterday.  Stick, the new Chief Counsel for the Texas Health and Human Rights Commission, has a new hearing set for October 2nd.  His original arrest was on the evening of September 11th, 2012.  The case has now been delayed for more than two years.
