Texas dental care provider must face whistleblower’s fraud suit

A Texas dentist reasonably alleged that the nonprofit dental service provider Dental Health Programs Inc. and others violated the False Claims Act by falsely promising to adhere to several provisions in federal service provision contracts, a district court ruled.
